About Us

Alwyn has been in a management positions for most of his career. Of all managerial aspects, he find project management to be the most rewarding as it continuously presents new challenges. For him, a good project manager is measured not as much by what he does but what he is able to get others to do. You are often required to lead people in directions that they do not want to go and to get them to accomplish things that they otherwise would not.

An effective project manager must be able to set an ultimate vision for the project and have the project team see the value in that vision. Through his experience and education, Alwyn is able to manage any project within an IT, business or residential construction environment.

In a very competitive market, he believe that one has to continuously educate oneself to adhere to proper project management principles and best practices. Alwyn currently holds the highest qualification in project management obtainable in South Africa, which leads to his personal passion of developing and coaching junior project managers and setting up project management offices (PMO’S).

Alwyn takes great pleasure in seeing the feat of his efforts through the achievement of others.
